Slot Summary

Nine hexagonal positions arranged as a diamond replace the usual rectangular reel display in Gems & Riches. Wizard Games uses that unusual geometry to create 176 winning routes through vertical and diagonal gem connections. A central Wild can apply a Multiplier, while qualifying white gems begin resetting Respins. The 95.98% RTP supports a slot whose main distinction is structural rather than narrative.

How It Plays

Matching gems form wins by connecting vertically or diagonally through the nine-position diamond, so reading adjacent hexagons matters more than following conventional horizontal paylines.

The central position has a separate role because the gold Wild can appear there and apply a random Multiplier between 2x and 10x to qualifying combinations.

Theme & Atmosphere

Gems & Riches combines Gems and Space themes, presenting its hexagonal stones as part of a futuristic, intergalactic setting rather than a conventional mine or treasure chest.

The diamond-shaped field reinforces that presentation. Individual gems occupy a compact geometric display, making the Space setting and unusual board feel like parts of one design choice.

Space Gems

Features & Win Potential

Four or more white gem symbols start the Respins sequence with three attempts. Triggering symbols remain fixed, and every newly landed white gem restores three attempts.

Multiplier Wild behavior is concentrated in the central position, giving that single hexagon greater importance whenever a winning vertical or diagonal connection passes through it.

How this works

Each simulated spin either misses or returns a win drawn from a log-normal distribution, with the hit rate and spread set by the slot's volatility tier (Medium). The model is calibrated so the average return equals this slot's published RTP (95.98%), with wins capped at its top multiplier (1,000×).

This is a simplified, parametric model of the game's math — not its real paytable. It exists to make the house edge visible over many sessions, so the numbers above are averages across thousands of runs, never a forecast of one.

This is math, not a prediction. Real sessions vary wildly, and no strategy changes a game's built-in house edge. Play for fun, set limits, and never bet more than you can afford to lose.
