We verify. Our team reviews the claim manually and approves it. Your provider page then shows the "Official Studio Profile" label.

Public neutrality declaration: We alone compute Slot Score and Provider Score, by one formula for everyone. Studios can edit their marketing and submit sourced data — but they never influence the formula, the weights, ranking position, or any ability to "opt out" of being rated. Claiming a profile can never grant the editorial quality badge, change Score or ranking position, or control player-submitted ratings and comments — those stay moderated solely by our spam and defamation rules. Claim Your Studio Profile

Any registered member who represents a studio can submit an ownership claim. Once approved, the provider page shows the "Official Studio Profile" label — a signal that this is the owner's own presence on SlotRanker, not a third-party scrape.

What ownership means: you can self-edit marketing fields (description, socials, contacts, website, founded year, licenses, logo) live. Score-affecting numbers can be submitted as premoderated claims with a source link; they only apply after our editorial review.

What ownership does NOT mean: the "Official Studio Profile" label is strictly an ownership signal. It is categorically different from the editorial quality badge (described in the next section). A claim never raises your Slot Score or Provider Score, never changes your ranking position, and never grants control over player UGC or the ability to opt out of scoring.

Proof: DNS TXT token or corporate email domain, followed by manual approval from our team. Intake is open to any registered user. Disputed ownership freezes both claimants until resolved manually.

What Does "Verified Provider" Mean?

The Verified Provider badge means SlotRanker has checked that a game studio appears legitimate, active, and technically usable in our catalogue. It is not a paid placement and does not automatically raise the Slot Score of any game. We review signals such as company presence, active releases, casino availability, working demos, and direct communication with an official representative where possible.

How We Verify Providers

We award this badge when a game provider checks most of these boxes:

Legit company — licensed or officially registered
Active — releasing new games or keeping current titles supported
Visible — their games are live at well-known online casinos
Demos — fully functional and up-to-date demo versions of the games
Direct contact — we have verified communication with an official representative

Why It Matters

Provider verification helps users understand whether a studio is active and identifiable. It is a trust and catalogue-quality signal, separate from the Slot Score formula used to rank individual games.

The Badge Is Editorial — Not for Sale, Not Tied to Claiming

The Verified Provider badge is our editorial judgement, applied independently of whether a studio has claimed its profile. Claiming a profile is a request, not a purchase, and it never results in the badge being awarded automatically. Claiming and badge eligibility are evaluated entirely separately.

Demo Embedding Authorization

SlotRanker embeds playable demos on each slot page. For claimants, the cabinet includes a written Terms acceptance that authorizes demo embedding under a defined contractual framework (blanket coverage with per-game opt-out and a 30-day revocation window).

For claimants: once your ownership claim is approved, the demo-embedding Terms acceptance is available in your cabinet. Accepting the Terms (with date, IP, and contact email logged for audit) gives you a compliant authorization trail and covers all your titles by default; per-game opt-outs can be filed at any time.

C&D / opt-out path for anyone: whether or not you have a claim, you can request removal of any demo at any time by emailing affiliates@slotranker.com. We will remove the embed within 48 hours and add the title to our demo blocklist. Hard iframe-blockers are handled passively (the embed simply stops rendering if your server rejects the frame).
