Snake Arena series: one battle grid, three reward routes
Unlike a sequel line that preserves one paytable and changes only the skin, Relax Gaming's Snake Arena series keeps a 5x5 battle grid while rebuilding how its bonuses pay. Snake Arena established the format in 2019 with 30 paylines, expanding and random wilds, energy collection and colossal reels. Bonus Buy access supports its high-volatility profile, which reaches 2,758x.

Snake Arena Dream Drop preserved the 5x5 scale and 2,758x maximum in 2022 but redirected the risk toward a progressive jackpot. The Dream Drop wheel, stacked symbols, symbol swaps and spreading wilds make it a jackpot edition rather than a conventional power increase. Its 94% RTP and medium/high volatility also separate it mathematically from the 96.25% original.
Snake Arena 2 removes the Dream Drop focus and raises the maximum to 50,000x. Respins, wild multipliers, a pick-object bonus, extra free spins and cash collection replace the earlier colossal-reel and energy systems, while high volatility returns at a 96.1% RTP. The franchise arc runs from wild expansion, through jackpot access, to a far larger multiplier-driven ceiling, so each version offers a materially different source of risk rather than a cosmetic arena change.
