How Amigo Gaming's Invaders series changed its bonus target
Fruit Invaders started Amigo Gaming's Invaders series by fixing the line to a 5x3, 30-payline frame where fruit symbols meet UFO imagery, energy collection, a cash collector, free spins and a pick-object bonus. Its medium-high volatility and 1,200x maximum established a compact collector slot rather than a conventional space shooter.

Xmas Invaders preserved the grid, line count, collector and 1,200x ceiling, but raised the pressure to high volatility and added respins and additive symbols. The Christmas and horror skin changed the setting, while the underlying play remained close to the founding release.
5 Fruit Invaders made the larger mechanical move: Hold and Win, fixed jackpots, sticky symbols and pot collection replaced the earlier energy-and-cash focus, while the maximum rose to 2,500x. Dice Invaders retained the 5x3, 30-line base and Hold and Win but returned the ceiling to 1,200x. The Invaders formula therefore grows through its bonus target, moving from collecting energy and cash to locking symbols for jackpot-style respins.
