American Poker series: Wazdan's two approaches to poker-styled reels
Few Wazdan lines occupy the narrow space between poker branding and reel-slot structure as directly as the American Poker series. Patriotic and Vegas imagery provides the common identity, while the screen shape, volatility and betting limits separate the releases more sharply than their names suggest.
Ranked by Slot Score
| Game | Year | RTP | Volatility | Slot Score |
|---|---|---|---|---|

American Poker VLatestWazdan | 2018 | 95.96% | Medium volatility | 63 |
American Poker Gold set the heavier risk profile in 2013 with a 5x3 layout, high volatility, 96.58% RTP and a 1,000x maximum win. Its 0.2 to 100 bet range and fuller reel window make Gold the broader, more conventional slot presentation of the concept.
American Poker V compressed the format to 5x1 in 2018 and shifted to medium volatility. Its maximum win falls to 800x, but the upper bet limit rises from 100 to 1,000. That trade changes the franchise's emphasis: Gold concentrates more symbols and higher payout potential on the screen, while V strips the presentation down and permits much larger stakes.
